14. RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICIES

    Cancellation of a rental at after the agreement is signed, deposit made and fees paid:

    • Cancellation of a rental with 15 or more days notice will result in a full refund.
    • Cancellation of a rental 14 days or less will result in rental fees refunded, but rental deposit withheld.
    • Cancellation of a rental 48 or less will result in a forfeiture of all fees.

    Refunds are requested weekly and will be returned to the credit card that made the payment. A check refund may be issued if deemed necessary by staff. 

    If your request cannot be approved, you will be contacted.  If your request is approved, your refund will be processed as stated above and a receipt will be emailed to you.
