Request New Service
To request new or transfer water service, please complete the forms below and/or call the Utility Billing office at 972.223.1690 X 120 and X 122. Our offices are currently closed to the public, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. You will need the following information:

- Buying a Home - You will need one of the following: Closing Disclosure, Home Owner Insurance, Tax Records or Mortgage Statement
- Deposit Required: Buying Home $100/Renting Home $150
- Lease Agreement (Renting or Leasing)
- Mobile Homes - Lot Lease from Mobile Park
- Picture Identification
- Transfer fee $35, no deposit required
