Glenn Heights Residents, water was restored at approximately 3:00 a.m., however the water pressure is still reduced in many areas across the system. While water is flowing across the entirety of the system, we have received reports that many customers are now experiencing an interruption of water service due to frozen service lines and pipes, which will prevent the flow of water into your home/ business. As temperatures begin to rise and service lines thaw, water flow and pressure should return.
