Establishing Water Services
Water Services can be established at the Utility Billing Office located in City Hall at 1938-C S Hampton Road, or online at 2TurnItOn.com.
To establish service the City of Glenn Heights requires the following:
- A deposit of either $150 for renters or $100 for property owners.
- A completed Utility Application and Service Agreement
- A Driver's License or State Issued ID
- A Lease or Purchase Agreement for the property
Note: Service requests received prior to 4:30 PM are eligible for same day turn on. Occasionally, water may left on - to avoid water damage in these circumstances, the City of Glenn Heights requires a customer to be home at the time of connection.
