Brandi Brown is a dedicated municipal government professional with more than 20 years of experience supporting Texas communities through public administration, legal support, community engagement, and organizational leadership. She currently serves the City of Glenn Heights as City Secretary (2019–present) and Community Engagement Administrator (2022–present), bringing a strong commitment to transparency, resident involvement, and operational excellence. 

Over the course of her career, Brandi has held key positions in several North Texas municipalities, including the City of Arlington, the City of Allen, and Collin County, and was employed by the Office of the Attorney General (State of Texas). Her broad government background spans agenda and records management, elections administration, budgeting, purchasing, municipal court operations, project management, and public-facing outreach programs. Her professional history reflects deep experience in both administrative leadership and community-centered service, contributing to stronger civic engagement and improved internal processes within every organization she has served. 

Brandi is academically accomplished, holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Leadership and Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). She has also earned specialized credentials, including a Microsoft Digital Marketing Certification and a Level I Municipal Court Clerk Certification through the Texas Court Clerks Association.

Her leadership and community commitment have been recognized as well, most notably through her selection as a 2024 Leadership Southwest Graduate, a program designed to cultivate future leaders across Southwest Dallas County’s civic and community landscape. 

In her role with the City of Glenn Heights, Brandi oversees official records, supports City Council operations, promotes civic engagement initiatives, and helps lead major community programs and events. She remains passionate about fostering meaningful connections between residents and local government, ensuring that public service is delivered with excellence, integrity, and accessibility.
