The Glenn Heights Public Safety Academy is a free comprehensive course designed to give residents an inside look at the inner-workings of the Police and Fire Departments. Through nine weeks of hands-on training and classes taught by our members, citizens will walk away with a better understanding of Public Safety while strengthening bonds between citizens and public servants.

• Self Contained Breathing Apparatus

Who can attend?
Anyone 18 years of age or older over and is a resident of Glenn Heights.

When are classes?
Classes are Thursday evenings beginning June 5th through August 7th from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.

Will I be subjected to a background check?
Yes. All applicants will have a basic background check. However, having a ticket, arrest, or conviction may not disqualify you.
