Senior Congregate Meals Program
The City of Glenn Heights, Community Council and Dallas County have partnered to provide residents aged 60 and older with FREE lunch meals, distributed daily.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, the City will deliver the meals to Senior Center members homes. If you have a spouse or mate that is between the age 55-59, they will be eligible to receive the meal also during the home delivery program.

About the Glenn Heights Senior Center
The Glenn Heights Senior Center has been created as a place for older adults 55 and older to meet and obtain services and enjoy activities that reflect their experience and skills, enhance their dignity, support their independence and encourage their involvement in the community.
The Senior Center, which opened on February 10, 2020, is the first building to open in the new state-of-the-art City Center development project. The Glenn Heights Senior Center offers residents ages 55 and older a 3,000 square-foot state-of-the-art wellness and community center.
Senior Congregate Meals Program during Senior Center regular operations
The City of Glenn Heights, Community Council and Dallas County have partnered to provide residents ages 60 and older with FREE lunch meals, distributed daily. Members/ residents under the age of 60 can purchase a meal for $5/ day. In the coming months, additional programming and services will be added to continue to serve this population.
Membership and participation for Glenn Heights residents 55 and older is FREE. Meal service for residents under 60 is $5.
