Development Regulation Variance Board


The Development Regulation Variance Board, comprised of seven (7) volunteers, was created by the City Council and established by Ordinance O-04-13, and consists of members of the City’s Planning and Zoning Commission. The DRVB hears applications for variances and special exceptions from the “Development Regulation” requirements of Article 15 of the City of Glenn Heights Code of Ordinances. The DRVB meets on an as-needed basis.
